Welder (MIG) – Climate-Controlled Shop | Tulsa, OK
Pay: DOE + 11.5% Shift Premium

A growing Tulsa manufacturer is seeking experienced Welders who take pride in quality work and consistency. This role offers a clean, climate-controlled environment and steady schedules with built-in long weekends.

Available Shifts
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: Friday – Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

(11.5% premium applies to all hours on both shifts)

Key Responsibilities
• Perform MIG welding on sheet metal components (TIG as needed)
• Set up parts using fixtures, jigs, and tables
• Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet specifications
• Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Identify and correct weld defects to maintain quality standards

Qualifications
• MIG welding experience on carbon steel and stainless (required)
• TIG welding experience is a plus
• Fitter/welder background preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and move throughout shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance when needed)
• Comfortable working in confined or tight spaces
