  • Monitor construction to ensure alignment with contract documents, codes, and design intent
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies (including HCAI/OSHPD)
  • Prepare field reports, meeting minutes, and construction documentation
  • Review pay applications, cost estimates, and assist with value engineering efforts

  • Extensive healthcare project experience required (HCAI/OSHPD)
  • Proven expertise in full construction administration processes and documentation
  • Strong understanding of building codes, life safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, and governing agencies
  • Ability to manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and construction documentation independently
  • Licensed Architect (CA or NCARB) preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

What’s Offered (Competitive Full Package – National)

  • Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 (DOE)
  • Annual and performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision
  • 401(k) with company match + employee ownership opportunities
  • Generous PTO, holidays, and personal time
  • Flexible hybrid work schedule
  • Professional development, licensure support, and continuing education
