Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a telemarketer for Brittaney Allen, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your diversified marketing shapes our brands public image and cultivates existing customer relations. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers experience, and strategically position our agency whether on social media or at community events!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm products and services.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Identify and qualify leads for the agent and team members by gathering relevant customer information.
• Schedule appointments for the agent and licensed team members.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activity.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
