First-Line Supervisor, Retail Money-Services and Cashiers

Muflih Inc., doing business as Los Mexicanos Market, is seeking a First-Line Supervisor to oversee retail money-services operations, including check cashing, money transfers, and cash controls, with a focus on compliance.

Duties include supervising and coordinating the activities of money-services staff and cashiers; developing, implementing, and monitoring AML/KYC procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs); conducting internal compliance reviews; investigating cash variances; and preparing compliance reports. The position also involves coordinating with money-transfer providers and financial institutions regarding procedures and system updates, as well as ensuring proper identification and record keeping for transactions.

The Supervisor will train and oversee staff, including scheduling, coaching, performance evaluations, and enforcement of company policies and procedures. The role requires providing operational support during peak periods and ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.

Full-Time Position; 40 hours per week

Requirements: High School Diploma; 12 months of experience in a related position; Fluency in Arabic to translate and interpret training materials and SOPs and to conduct compliance trainings in Arabic for employees requiring Arabic-language instruction.
