About the Role
We are seeing a reliable, hands-on individual with a background in horticulture or plant care to support the maintenance and improvement of ranch grounds. This role blends practical labor with plant knowledge- ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in land stewardship.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and care for trees, shrubs, grasses, and native plants. Assist with planting, soil prep, and seasonal landscape improvements. Monitor and manage irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, etc.) Identify basic plant health issues (drought stress, pests, disease). Perform general ranch upkeep related to grounds and landscaping. Operate basic equipment (UTVs, mowers, trimmers, etc.) Support water conservation and land management efforts.

Qualifications
Basic experience in horticulture, landscaping or agriculture.
Working knowledge of irrigation systems preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in West Texas conditions (heat, wind, etc.)
Self-motivated and able to work independently and with others.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Valid Driver's license required.
