Duties

  • Assist in office with Medical Billing
  • Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of information.
  • Utilize computer software for various clerical tasks, ensuring all data is computerized effectively.
  • Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and communication.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a Medical office environment is preferred and required.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office management software and Medical Billing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Demonstrated time management skills to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
