Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Warren, OH. CNAs play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities while promoting dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents
• Ensure residents’ comfort and safety at all times
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Support residents with meals and hydration
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Schedule:

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available
• Day, evening, and night shifts
