Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
  • Conduct physical therapy assessments to evaluate patient needs and progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient treatments and progress in accordance with facility requirements.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and exercises to promote recovery.
  • Ensure patient safety and adherence to prescribed rehabilitation protocols.
Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
  • At least 1 year of inpatient rehab experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience.
  • Experience with EMR systems, preferably Medhost.
