Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
- Conduct physical therapy assessments to evaluate patient needs and progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient treatments and progress in accordance with facility requirements.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and exercises to promote recovery.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to prescribed rehabilitation protocols.
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
- At least 1 year of inpatient rehab experience.
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience.
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably Medhost.
