Title of Position: Restaurant Service Manager
Job Description: The Restaurant Service Manager is responsible for managing all functions of the restaurant during all shifts. Responsibilities include hiring, managing, supervising and training team members to ensure unforgettable guest experiences. As a Manager you will spend more than 50% of your time performing managerial duties and must exercise independent judgment and discretion on matters of conflict in the restaurant. The person in this position will conduct daily briefings on matters of importance to the team, will manage local restaurant marketing, sales building, and community involvement, and will manage all necessary repair and maintenance issues.

Requirements:
- Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Restaurant Service Manager or above in the Restaurant Industry, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Financial Understanding: Experience with budgeting, inventory tracking, and financial reporting to support the General Manager in achieving operational goals.
- Team-Oriented Leadership: Skilled in hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
