Warehouse Specialist

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Specialist to support the hardware room on the test floor in Fremont. This role is hands on and operations focused, supporting engineering teams by keeping hardware organized, tracked, and available every day.

What a typical day looks like

• Start the day reviewing hardware requests, overnight notes, and inventory status

• Support engineers and internal teams who come to the hardware room throughout the day to check hardware in and out

• Process 60 to 70 internal requests daily while maintaining accurate inventory records

• Log hardware movement through data entry and tracking tools

• Follow up on overdue or missing hardware through email and internal systems

• Receive incoming hardware, label items, and place them into inventory locations

• Complete basic internal shipping and receiving paperwork when needed

• Work closely with Test Engineering, Equipment Engineering, and IT teams

• Help document activity and prepare for shift handoff with night shift support

• Occasionally assist with system updates as the team transitions inventory tracking into Salesforce

What we are looking for

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or hardware room environments preferred

• Comfortable with computers, Microsoft tools, and frequent data entry

• Organized, reliable, and able to manage a steady flow of requests

• Strong communication skills and willingness to follow up proactively

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally for short distances
