- Hours: 36 or 40 hours per week (Based on shift assignment)
- Shift: Days / Afternoons / Nights available
- Schedule Details: 12-hour weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday); holidays and weekends required as scheduled. No on-call or standby requirements.
Join a busy, dynamic imaging department handling an average of 400 scans/studies per day. This role requires high proficiency in general X-Ray, operating room (C-Arm) setups, and fluoroscopy procedures.
- Department Volume: 5 active scanners/rooms.
- Equipment: Toshiba Rad Rooms, Carestream portables, OEC C-Arms.
- Charting & PACS: EPIC and Fuji Synapse.
- Support: In-house Radiologist and Residents available 24/7. No IV starts required.
- Floating: None.
- Dress Code: Facility-provided scrubs.
- Experience Required: Strong, independent competency with C-Arm and Fluoroscopy procedures.
- Certifications: ARRT and BLS are required.
- State License: Active West Virginia (WV) State Radiologic Technology License.
- Radius Rule: The candidate’s driver's license address must be outside a 50-mile radius from the facility.
- System Restrictions: Candidates can only be submitted to one position at a time across the entire WVU system.
- Rehire Policy: Previous permanent employees must be gone for at least 2 years. Previous travelers who completed a full 1-year tenure must also be gone for 2 years.
- Mandatory Attachment: All submittals must include an unexpired copy of the candidate’s driver's license.
