\nJob Description:
\nThe Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is responsible for the care of patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and care. This position requires strong critical thinking skills and experience in neuro and trauma care, including performing neuro and spinal checks, C-Collar placement, and managing IV infusions and chest tubes.
\nResponsibilities:

- Perform neuro and spinal checks and utilize C-Collar and TLSO braces. \n
- Manage and monitor chest tubes, PCA pumps, and IV infusions. \n
- Place and manage lumbar drains and feeding tubes, and perform blood transfusions. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- Active certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required. \n
- Experience in Neuro and Trauma Care. \n
