Job Description:

\n

The CT Technologist is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include performing CT exams, x-ray, basic radiographic procedures, and OR imaging services.

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Perform all CT exams and x-ray procedures
\n
• Conduct basic radiographic, fluoroscopy, and OR imaging services
\n
• Demonstrate proficiency at routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
\n
• Process CT system, manage surgical/sterile procedures, and conduct studies with or without contrast media
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• At least 2+ years of experience required
\n
• NM state license/CT certified required
\n
• BLS certification required
\n
• Graduation from an accredited AMA school and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
\n
