Job Description:
The Cardiovascular Technologist (CVOR Tech) is responsible for assisting in the preparation and operation of the operating room and its equipment, coordinating the procedural flow, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for procedures.
- Assist surgeons during cardiovascular procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital experience as CST
- NBSTA and DORA Certifications are required prior to submission
- BLS Certification
- Ortho/Joint Experience
