American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a Nurse Lead position requiring supervisory experience, TNCC certification, and a valid CA RN license.

- Hospital ICU setting at a trauma level unit \n
- Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (0630–1900), scheduled based on department needs \n
- No on-call responsibilities \n
- \n
- Active CA RN license required, must be unrestricted \n
- Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and TNCC \n
- Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required \n
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required \n
- 5 years of ICU technical experience preferred \n
- Candidates must have worked in the ICU specialty within the last 3 months \n
- Active, unrestricted license with no prior hits or restrictions \n
- Two supervisor references required — one from the past year and one from within the past two years \n
- Date of birth (DOB) and Social Security Number (SSN) required for consideration \n

- This is a leadership role with administrative expectations as a Nurse Lead on the unit \n
- Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will not be considered \n
- A specialty-specific skills checklist completed within the past year is required \n
