Our organization is in search of skilled Anesthesiologists for a locum tenens position in Virginia. This role within a high-acuity hospital provides flexible scheduling options, a supervision model, and a diverse array of adult and pediatric cases.

• Support Staff: Supervision model with 2-3 CRNAs assigned per anesthesiologist

• Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Adults, healthy pediatric patients, obstetrics

  • Spinal and regional anesthesia, orthopedic procedures

  • Neurosurgery (head and spine), vascular cases

  • Management of ventilation, arterial and central line placements

• Experience Requirements: Candidates must be proficient with a full range of cases; MDs are expected to perform spinal or epidural anesthesia
