In the role of a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, you will be vital in delivering outstanding patient care within a 23-bed unit. Collaborating closely with a team of healthcare professionals, you will ensure that the highest standards of care are consistently achieved. Your skills will be crucial in ensuring patient safety and comfort, particularly when assigned to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for Medical-Surgical assignments.

• Deliver empathetic and thorough care to patients in a Medical-Surgical unit
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Track patient progress and document findings in the EPIC charting system
• Work with team members to create and execute patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with necessary certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), NIHSS
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
