Job Opportunity: Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon

Our organization is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon for locum tenens coverage in Florida. This position requires availability for one to two weeks each month and is expected to last for several months throughout 2017.

The facility prefers surgeons who are trained in TAVR, although this is not a strict requirement. The role will primarily involve ER call responsibilities, but there will also be opportunities for office consultations and patient hours. The patient volume is manageable, and there is potential for this locum position to transition into a permanent role if both parties find a mutual agreement.
