Post Rehab Services is seeking a motivated Clinical Fellow to support speech therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. This role offers direct patient interaction and consistent guidance to help you build confidence as an independent clinician.

Key Functions:

• Identify speech, language, cognitive, and dysphagia needs
• Implement therapy strategies based on established goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• CFY eligible
• Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
