Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage documentation for service trucks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the coordination of service appointments and schedules.
- Maintain organized records, both digital and physical, for easy access and retrieval.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and internal departments with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Support the Service Department with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Administrative or office experience in a service, automotive, trucking, or technical environment with strong attention to detail and organization preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with service management software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
