CDL A Regional Reefer/Dry Van Driver in Midwest & Northeast

At Kreilkamp Trucking, a 4th-generation, family-owned carrier, we’re hiring CDL-A Company Drivers for our Midwest–Northeast regional routes. Whether you're experienced or recently licensed, we have a place for you.

Compensation

• Average annual pay: $60,000-$70,000+ depending on experience
• Average weekly pay: $1,100-$1,300+ depending on experience
  • 53 CPM – 64 CPM depending on experience
  • 2,100-2,200 miles per week
  • Regularly scheduled raises
  • Additional pay for:
    • Detention: $18
    • Breakdowns: $18
    • Stops: $20
  • Driver Safety Bonus: Additional 3 CPM for all miles driven within the quarter with no accidents or damage
  • Performance Bonus: Additional 5 CPM for any miles over 25,000 in a quarter  
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule 

• Home every 7-10 days OR Long-Haul options available
• 7-10 days out (within 1 hour of major interstate) or 10-14 days out (further from major interstates)
• Covering Midwest to East Coast (WI, IL, IN, MI, OH, PA, NY, NJ, CT, RI, Baltimore area)
• 95% No-Touch Freight

Equipment 

• 2023+ Freightliner Cascadias with Sleepers (upgrading to 2026 models)
• 70% Reefer / 30% Dry Van
• Automatic 
• Inward and Outward facing cameras
• Governed speed: 65

Qualifications 

• Must be at least 21 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Experienced and New CDL-A graduates welcome. Will participate in a 7-month finishing program if no experience
• No DUI/DWIs in last 5 years 
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Drivers must live within the below states:
  • IN, OH, PA, NY, NJ, CT, RI
  • Parts of WI, IL, MI
