House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

Searching for a great house cleaner. Can you provide your own cleaning supplies (detergents, etc)? Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)? Bathroom Cleaning Vacuuming and/or mopping Kitchen Cleaning Dusting General Room Cleaning Standard cleaning. It's a ranch. One story. Window washing would only be twice a year. My house is mostly dusty getting old and it's hard to keep up. No dirty dishes. No laundry, No oven or frig cleaning. I don't have pets maybe once a month polish the wood on the kitchen cabinets.
