Primary Care Physician

Location: Santa Cruz County, CA (Multiple Locations)

A growing outpatient-focused healthcare group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a 100% outpatient practice in beautiful Santa Cruz County, CA.

• $300K guaranteed for first 18 months
• Transition to productivity model after 18 months

• 100% outpatient only (no inpatient responsibilities)
• Schedule: 5 days/week (5x8s)
  • 36 hours patient care
  • 4 hours administrative time
• Call: Telephone-only, very light
  • Shared across providers
  • Hospitalists handle inpatient care

• Opportunity to build a long-term patient panel (7–10+ year commitment preferred)
• Open to physicians who perform procedures (IUD, Nexplanon) – not required
• Collaborative, team-based environment
• Strong support staff and infrastructure

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Open to new graduates (2026 grads ok; not reviewing 2027 yet)
• Willing to obtain California medical license (can wait for licensure)
• Spanish-speaking is a strong plus (not required except specific site below)
