Kitchen Member (Delano, CA)

Sunshine Cafe in Delano, CA. We are located on 2737 W, Cecil Ave, Delano, CA (North Kern State Prison Snack Bar)

We are looking for friendly team players to create a warm environment for our guests and provide great service for our guests.

We're open 7 days a week.
Open Shift:   04:30 AM to 01:00 PM or 09:00 AM to 05:00 AM

Qualification:
-Food Handler Certificate is Required
-Friendly and helpful team members
-Operations experience is a plus
-Must be 21 or over years old
-Must be able to pass back ground
-NO PROBATION
-NO DUI
-TB Test Required.

Job Type: Full-Time, Part Time
Starting pay from: $16.50 to $17.00 per hour.      
Expected hours:  32 - 40 hours a week.

Functions:

• Provides exceptional experience to Guests
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Clean up station and dishes
• Stock inventory

Qualifications:

• Cooking experience 1 years or Back of the House experience preferred
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments
• Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
• Strong attention to detail
