Primary Care Physician needed in Santa Cruz, CA - Top Pay + Sign-On + Quality Bonus

Job details:

• Position: Primary Care
• Location: Santa Cruz, CA
• Setting: Outpatient
• Schedule: Full-Time
  • Monday-Friday
  • Patient contact - 36 hours
  • Admin - 4 hours
• Call: Telephone call only
  • Very lightly and split between all providers
  • More secondary call as hospitalists usually take call first
• Job Requirements: BC or BE in FM or IM
• EMR: Cerner
• Patient load: 18-22 (FM), 16-20 (IM)
• Compensation:
  • Base - 300K
  • Quality bonus - Up to 30K annually
  • Productivity bonus
• Credentialing: Up to 90 days (If they have CA license, can start sooner)
• Benefits:

  • Up to 25K relocation
