Store Manager at Premiere Provisions

Premiere Provisions in Big Rapids, MI is looking for shift lead to join our 17 person strong team. We are located on 840 Clark St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

WEEKEND MANAGER

$15 - $16 /hr. Plus Tips, monthly bonus incentives (spark plug), and vendor gifted products,

Full-Time

OPEN AVAILABILITY NEEDED

Schedule:

Wednesday-Sunday

Opening Shift:

8:30am - 5:00pm

Closing shift:

4:30pm - 9:00pm

Sunday Shift:

8:30am - 7:00pm

May need to cover other shifts, thus open availability needed.

• Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
• Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
• Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
• Maintain website updates of products, texts, images, and announcements
• Inventory audits

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a store manager
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
