We are seeking a dependable Prep Cook to support daily kitchen operations and maintain strong mise en place standards.

This role is critical to our success.

Responsibilities:

• Daily vegetable, sauce & protein prep

• Strong knife skills required

• Maintain organization and cleanliness

• Assist with protein fabrication and kitchen support

Qualifications:

• Kitchen experience preferred

• Detail-oriented and consistent

• Takes pride in preparation

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
