As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Child & Adolescent Therapist who is passionate about working with youth and families and wants to be part of a thriving, supportive team.


Position Overview


We are currently hiring for a full-time or part-time therapist:
Full-Time: 25 billable client sessions per week (preferred)
Part-Time: 16 billable client sessions per week


We welcome both:


Provisionally licensed clinicians (with supervision provided)
Fully independent licensed clinicians


Our child and adolescent therapists typically work with clients ranging from their preferred minimum age through young adulthood (up to age 24), allowing for continuity of care and flexibility based on clinician comfort and specialization.


Responsibilities


Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (up to age 24)


Conduct parent sessions and/or family therapy as clinically appropriate


Develop and implement treatment plans


Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation


Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in team consultation


Maintain ethical and professional standards of care


Qualifications
Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field


Active license (or working toward licensure) in Illinois


Experience working with children and adolescents preferred


Comfort working with a caseload that may extend into young adulthood (up to age 24)


Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills


Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team
