Hours: 2:30pm-10:30pm

Assignment Type: Travel (Local candidates accepted-75 mile radius)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Long-Term Care facility. This role offers a supportive environment with a diverse patient population and consistent scheduling.

Unit Size: 40 beds

Patient Population: Multiple Sclerosis (MS), orthopedic, dementia, and memory care

EMR System: PointClickCare

Floating: Required to all units within the same building

Requirements

• Active New York LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (Long Term Care preferred)
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
