Description
American Traveler is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with at least 2 years of acute care experience and an active CA license for a 13-week travel contract at a Level II Trauma hospital in Redding, CA.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting with a Level II Trauma designation
- Speech Pathology unit
- 10-hour day shifts, every other weekend (EOW)
- Cerner EMR in use for this position
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active CA Speech-Language Pathology license required (if applicable); pending licenses will not be accepted
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
- Active BLS certification required; pending certifications will not be accepted
- COVID vaccination required
- Active Driver's License required for consideration
- 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
Additional Information
- Candidates who have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity affiliated facility within the past year are not eligible; candidates employed PRN through outside firms will be considered
- Orientation is 12 hours
