Vice President of Information Technology | Moonachie, NJ | $175,000 - $195,000

One of the fastest-growing bakery café brands in the United States is expanding toward 1,000 locations by 2030. We are looking for a VP of IT to build and lead the technology infrastructure that supports that growth.

What You Will Do

• Define and execute the IT roadmap aligned with rapid multi-unit expansion
• Lead implementation of POS, digital ordering, back-office, and QSR technology systems across corporate and franchise locations
• Build and manage vendor and service partner relationships
• Oversee cybersecurity frameworks, network reliability, and data governance
• Partner with Operations, Finance, and Marketing on technology strategy
• Support new location openings from a technology standpoint
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team

What We Need

• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership in a multi-unit restaurant or QSR environment
• Hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems and digital ordering platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technology implementations
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance (PCI, SOX)
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Preferred

• Experience supporting franchise technology operations
• Background scaling technology through rapid company growth
• Familiarity with loyalty platforms and data analytics
