Pharmacy Fulfillment Tech

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Technician to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and processing medication orders, ensuring timely and precise delivery to patients. Your expertise will support patient care by maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and efficiency within a laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of medication fulfillment, including lot numbers, expiration dates, and batch tracking for safety compliance.
• Accurately process orders and requests using inventory or laboratory management systems
• Maintain proper documentation, including chain-of-custody records and shipping logs
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and organization of lab supplies
• Inspect materials for quality and report discrepancies or damaged goods
• Coordinate with laboratory staff, logistics teams, and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory guidelines (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, if applicable)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Pharmacy Technician registration/certification as required by state law (CPhT preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and compounding procedures is a plus (not required)
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn pharmacy systems
• Previous pharmacy, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus (not required)
