Lot Attendant

The lot attendant / cleaner is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the property and keeping the vacuum areas clean. Interaction with customers is an essential part of this job.

Summary:

Keeps the car wash exterior, vacuums, trash areas, and grounds spotless while supporting customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of vacuum area, garbage, grounds, and equipment
• Wipe down vacuums, hoses, canisters, mats, and islands
• Assist customers with vacuums or questions
• Perform light cleaning around tunnel exits, parking, and equipment rooms
• Support basic maintenance tasks as directed
• Able to work outdoors in variable weather conditions
• Able to stand for 4 consecutive hours
• Be punctual, responsible and accountable
• General housekeeping and light maintenance responsibilities
• Machinery and equipment cleaning.
• Assists customers and other team members as needed to efficiently process car washes.

Person may be required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and may have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping.
