Zanesville Mancan is looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This is a crucial role within a pop distribution facility, responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate handling, storage, and distribution of products. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Work Schedule and Compensation:
Second Shift: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM 8:30 PM (or until finished)
Hourly Rate: $15.00

Job Description:
Order Processing:
Receive, process, and fulfill incoming orders accurately and promptly, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected and packed.
Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts and updating the inventory management system. Replenish shelves and storage areas as needed.
Quality Control:
Inspect products for defects or damage and report discrepancies to supervisors. Maintain high standards of quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Packaging:
Safely and efficiently package products for shipment, using appropriate materials and techniques to prevent damage during transit.
Loading and Unloading:
Load and unload trucks using safe and efficient methods, following proper lifting and handling guidelines. Organize and prioritize loading to maximize space and minimize transit risks.
Operational Maintenance:
Keep the warehouse clean and organized, ensuring clear pathways and safe working conditions. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety hazards.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques. Participate in safety training and report any incidents or near misses.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of received and shipped items, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and on time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred
Ability to lift and carry objects exceeding 50 lbs
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and environments
Strong commitment to workplace safety
