X-Ray Technologist - Mobile Diagnostics - Varied Shifts

Job Description

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) to provide mobile diagnostic imaging services across healthcare facilities. This role involves performing portable X-rays and ensuring high-quality imaging for physician review.

Location Requirement:
Candidates must live within 30 minutes of Richmond, VA.

Schedule:

• Varied shifts (days, evenings, and weekends)
• 8-hour shifts with flexible scheduling
• On-call required (discussed during interview)
• Overtime may apply based on case load
• Relocation assistance may be available (case by case)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform portable X-rays using digital or computed radiography equipment
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging for radiologist interpretation
• Transport and set up mobile imaging equipment at various facilities
• Perform EKGs when required and transmit results
• Maintain imaging equipment and vehicle
• Complete all required documentation and billing paperwork
• Communicate with dispatch, management, and facility staff professionally

Requirements:

• ARRT (R.T.) certification – required
• Active Virginia state license (limited licenses not accepted)
• Valid driver’s license in good standing – required
• Must meet all health and operational requirements
