DOT Driver

Job Title: Delivery & Field Support Worker (Full-Time, 1st Shift) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift Location: Birmingham, AL Pay:$16

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Delivery & Field Support Worker to assist with deliveries, pickups, and general off-site duties. This position requires a high level of responsibility and the ability to work independently without direct supervision. Candidates must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various conditions.

• Perform timely and accurate deliveries and pickups.
• Complete off-site errands or tasks as assigned.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Operate vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, following all traffic laws and company guidelines.
• Handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness and care of company equipment and vehicles.
• Support other operational tasks as needed.

• Valid and current Driver’s License is required.
• Clean driving record (no recent accidents or speeding violations).
• Proof of DOT Certification required. (Candidates may obtain this certification after hire but must cover the cost themselves; no reimbursement provided.)
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Must be trustworthy and capable of completing tasks without constant supervision.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. safely and without assistance.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts.
