Schedule / Job Type\nContract | Days | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM | 10–12 call days per month with every third weekend on call
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care in a neurology-focused operating room setting \n
- Assist surgical team during neuro procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency \n
- Monitor and assess patient condition before, during, and after surgical procedures \n
- Respond to on-call needs as scheduled, including weekend call rotations \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical team members to deliver high-quality care \n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing \n
- Experience in an operating room setting \n
- Ability to work day shift hours and fulfill on-call requirements \n
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills \n

- Prior experience in neurology or neuro-surgical nursing \n
- Familiarity with surgical scrub and circulating roles in the OR \n
- Experience managing on-call responsibilities in a hospital environment \n
