Job Description:
The Cardiovascular Technologist will work in the Pediatric Cath Lab, specializing in diagnostic and interventional procedures related to congenital cardiac anomalies and electrophysiological studies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with pediatric congenital diagnostic and interventional procedures such as LHC/RHC, PDA/VSD/ASD closures, septostomy, and congenital structure stenting/ballooning.
- Support pediatric electrophysiology procedures including pacemaker implant and generator exchanges, loop recorder implant/removals, and EP study with radiofrequency ablations for SVT, WPW, atrial Tach, PVC.
- Circulate cases and monitor patients with provided sedation.
- Participate in on-call rotation with 7 call shifts in a 3-week rotation cycle, including weekends.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a preference for prior pediatric cath lab.
- BLS, PALS, RCIS and/or ARRT certifications, current WA state Rad Tech and/or CISC license required.
- Proficiency with PACS: Picom, Hemodynamic: Merge, Siemens Artis C-arm.
- Familiarity with EPIC Cupid EMR is preferred.
