Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Medford, Wisconsin.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Long Term Care
- Discipline: RN
- Start Date: 07/20/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, rotating
- Employment Type: Travel
Shift Requirements:
Variable shifts - day, PM, night. 8 and 12-hour shifts.
Weekend/Holiday: every other weekend and holidays
Float Requirements: will be required to float to Short term, Long term, and CBRF Unit.
Minimum Experience
2+ years previous experience SNF long term care experience
Required Certifications: WI RN license, BLS
(Aspirus requires AHA or ARC certifications)
Charting Experience: ECS - not required, they will train.
