home dialysis experience is required- home dialysis RN Essential skill is having done home dialysis in outpatient setting. Training patients on home dialysis, maintaining patients on home dialysis. Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machine. Must be flexible with schedule, will work 8 hour days no weekends . BLS req Epic exp within the past 2 years required. Min 1yr outpt exp req ESRD: Chronic renal pts. No block schedules for any reason • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended.
