Job Description:

The RN in the Tele Float Pool will provide nursing care within a diverse range of units, including General MS-Tele and specialties such as Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Rehab, Renal, Bariatrics, Ortho, Trauma, and ED Obs. The position requires floating within Zone 3, encompassing multiple facilities based around the Denver City Center.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care with a Nurse:Patient Ratio of 1:5-6 based on acuity.
• Float between various specialties and facilities as assigned.
• Occasionally administer and titrate Heparin drips.
• Participate in unit-specific orientations and follow leadership-defined schedules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience; neuro experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Capability to float between designated facilities and adapt to various unit assignments.
