Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab/EP position in an Outpatient Heart & Vascular Lab, working 4x10-hour day shifts with no weekends or holidays required.
Details
- Outpatient Heart & Vascular Lab setting
- 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No weekend or holiday shifts required
- Late stay may be required as needed
- Epic EMR experience preferred but not required
Requirements
- Active SC or Compact RN license required; pending license candidates considered if license is obtained prior to start
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience preferred; candidates with 1 year of experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Two professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront during the consideration process; RTO requests made after placement will not be honored
- Orientation includes pass/fail testing on Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Moderate Sedation; candidates have one attempt to pass
- An attendance policy is in effect — missing more than two shifts in a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation
