V2 Super Company is seeking a Manager of Construction Management to lead construction operations and drive projects to successful completion.
Position SummaryThe Manager of Construction Management oversees end-to-end construction project delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within scope. This role coordinates internal teams and external partners to support effective planning, quality control, and cost management across active projects.
You will serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, translating project requirements into actionable plans and maintaining clear communication throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout
Monitor project timelines, budgets, scope changes, and progress to maintain expected outcomes
Ensure construction work is completed in compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and remove blockers
Track documentation and project deliverables, ensuring accurate reporting and recordkeeping
Demonstrated experience managing construction projects or construction-related operations
Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and construction process coordination
Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively with contractors and internal stakeholders
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in an onsite environment
Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance throughout all phases of construction
Experience overseeing commercial or multi-trade construction projects
Familiarity with construction documentation practices and project reporting workflows
Track record of improving processes to increase schedule adherence and quality outcomes
Ability to manage risk, change requests, and stakeholder expectations effectively
Experience working on commercial construction projects
Minimum salary: $60,000.00 - Maximum salary: $80,000.00
