Job Description
Ivy Park Post Acute is a 150-bed post-acute care facility located at 5609 5th Ave., Pittsburgh. Here, we believe our staff members are like plants. They need attention and effort to grow. Successful candidates will have the following:
- Certification to practice as a dietician in a care facility
- Nationally registered
- Experience in SNFs is a plus

Your day to day:
You'll ensure that the dietary needs of our residents are met with consideration given to their necessary accommodations. You'll work under supervision of our Administrator to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
