A respected firm is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with a focus on probate litigation and estate planning. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys both litigation and advisory work while maintaining strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Handle probate litigation matters from start to finish

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies

• Draft wills, trusts, and estate planning documents

• Represent clients in contested estate matters

• Grow and manage a portable book of business

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in trusts & estates and probate litigation

• Experience with estate planning strategies and documentation

• Portable book of business (50%+)

• Strong client-facing and litigation skills

• Licensed in Michigan (or eligible)
