Construction Supervisor
Location: Quakertown, PA
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000

Overview:
Leads on-site construction activities across commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with plans and regulations. Acts as the primary field lead coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and site execution.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities across one or more job sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, site logistics, and deliveries
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and proper PPE usage
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure job sites
• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues early
• Develop and manage short-term (4–6 week) lookahead schedules
• Communicate updates, delays, and risks to operations leadership
• Review and approve scope changes before execution
• Conduct site documentation including photos, reports, and daily updates
• Track inspections, permits, and closeout requirements
• Ensure material compliance prior to ordering and installation
• Support incident reporting and safety documentation

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager in commercial construction
• Experience with ground-up and renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building codes (PA/NJ), and OSHA standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (structural, architectural, MEP, civil)
• Experience managing multiple job sites simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for scheduling and reporting
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass respirator fit testing

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Ability to travel between job sites and work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (dust, noise, temperature extremes)
• Willingness to respond to urgent job-site needs outside standard hours
