HVAC Tech/QC

Job description:

Regal Staffing Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Quality Lab Technician to manage daily lab operations and perform technical analysis on field-returned components. This role is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional with strong diagnostic and testing expertise.

Pay: $25.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document field-return HVAC components
• Develop and implement testing methods for failed parts
• Conduct root cause and failure analysis
• Maintain organization and efficiency of lab operations
• Perform equipment repair and rework as needed
• Ensure adherence to lab safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 7+ years of HVAC installation and/or troubleshooting experience
• Experience with HVAC/VRF/VRV systems
• Strong understanding of testing methods and tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of HVAC industry standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
