We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate Scientist to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, optimization, and development of therapeutic proteins targeting immunological, neurodegenerative, and muscular diseases. This is a hands-on, lab-based position focused on antibody and recombinant protein production workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce antibodies and recombinant proteins using transient expression and stable cell pool methods
- Prepare and handle plasmid DNA
- Conduct plate-based assays (e.g., ELISA, MSD) to evaluate protein expression and binding
- Prepare and analyze samples for flow cytometry-based assessments
- Accurately document experiments, protocols, and results in line with internal standards

Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with antibody/protein expression in CHO cells (shake flask systems)
- Strong expertise in mammalian cell culture techniques
- Experience with plate-based protein characterization assays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cell engineering and stable cell line development
- Knowledge of flow cytometry sample preparation and data analysis
- Background in molecular biology techniques
- Experience with immunoassays (ELISA, MSD)
- Antibody purification experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, or
- Masters degree with 02 years of relevant experience
