Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Associate Scientist to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in the design, optimization, and development of therapeutic proteins targeting immunological, neurodegenerative, and muscular diseases. This is a hands-on, lab-based position focused on antibody and recombinant protein production workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce antibodies and recombinant proteins using transient expression and stable cell pool methods
  • Prepare and handle plasmid DNA
  • Conduct plate-based assays (e.g., ELISA, MSD) to evaluate protein expression and binding
  • Prepare and analyze samples for flow cytometry-based assessments
  • Accurately document experiments, protocols, and results in line with internal standards

Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with antibody/protein expression in CHO cells (shake flask systems)
  • Strong expertise in mammalian cell culture techniques
  • Experience with plate-based protein characterization assays
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong documentation practices

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in cell engineering and stable cell line development
  • Knowledge of flow cytometry sample preparation and data analysis
  • Background in molecular biology techniques
  • Experience with immunoassays (ELISA, MSD)
  • Antibody purification experience

Education & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of experience, or
  • Masters degree with 02 years of relevant experience
