As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll:

• Support individuals in their day-to-day routines
• Help build independence and life skills
• Encourage confidence and personal growth
• Provide companionship and meaningful connection
• Assist with safe participation in the community

• $18.50/hour starting pay
• Weekly pay
• Paid, in-house training (we'll teach you everything you need to know)
• CPR, First Aid & Article 9 certification provided
• Flexible scheduling (full-time & part-time options)
