Inside Account Manager
Industrial and Warehouse Supplier
$21.00-$23.00 per hour + Bonuses
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
Gahanna, Ohio (onsite)

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with the assigned Business Development Manager (BDM) to effectively manage and grow the assigned territory
- Contribute to territory growth by proactively supporting sales and relationshipbuilding efforts
- Collaborate with the BDM to schedule appointments and coordinate outreach activities
- Rely on strong communication and teamwork to ensure alignment and productivity
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and help make the territory successful
- Manage additional responsibilities outside of the BDM partnership that require proficiency with multiple systems
- Collaborate with your BDM daily, whether through sales ops or a daily focus session
- Make 50 calls a day for your territory to try to schedule appointments
- Data entry into our CRM, including accounts, contacts, and cell phones
- Assigned to 1 hour per day, dedicated to covering the Salesbox
- Quarterly and yearly projects
- Email marketing
- Hit all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the role, in addition to working with your BDM daily to help grow and maintain their territory
- KPI's- 50 calls a day= 250/week= 900-1,000 a month
- Assist with data entry and inbox management
- Keep the BDM’s schedule full
- This is NOT a call center, nor a support role, this is an inside account management role that works collaboratively with an outside sales representative
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to speak well on the phone and handle any difficult customers and prospects in a professional manner
- Communicate well through all communication avenues, emails, phone, text, and in-person
- Organized
- Works well in a team setting
- Great computer skills and able to learn multiple systems in a timely manner
- Attendance and time management
- Comfortable making outbound dials daily
